Emotions You Know™ · Single Game
The conversation card game that started it all. For home, the table, and the people you love.
You pour into everyone. Get refilled here, then pour back out, fuller, into the people you love, lead, and raise.
One movement, fifteen paths, shaped for the life you actually live. Each path is a short, honest reset built on one simple method: a teaching, an action, and a truth to carry. Start free in the path that sounds like you, then go as deep as you want.
The lighter way in. Pick one of the fifteen paths and run its reset challenge. A new theme opens each season, so there is always a fresh reason to begin again.
Being all in is the posture. The A.L.L. is how: three small, human moves you can start today, in any path.
Say the good thing out loud. Words that build instead of words that wear down.
A note mid-day. Naming one thing you admire before the lights go out.
Turn toward the person in front of you. Phones down, eyes up, distance closing.
Ten honest minutes. A walk with no agenda. Showing up fully.
Love in motion. The act of service, the small gift, the thing you do unasked.
The chore they dread, handled. Love you can see, not just say.
The Reset Season challenge is the lighter on-ramp, a short seasonal reset. The course is the deep dive into your path, for when you are ready to go further.
Refill yourself first, then pour back out fuller into the people you love, lead, and raise. Fifteen paths, one honest day to begin.
Explore the coursesThe Refill Movement is one room in a larger house, built to help people feel, speak, and connect.
The posture is simple. Be all in. The how is three small moves.
Most of us were taught to push through, not to refill. Being all in turns that around. You show up fully, you get honest about where you have run dry, and you put back what life pours out, using three human moves anyone can start today. It is the spine of every course in the movement.

Say the good thing out loud. The thank-you, the I-see-you, the words that build instead of wear down.
A note mid-day. A real answer to "how are you." Naming one thing you admire before the lights go out.
Turn toward the person in front of you. Real presence, phones down, eyes up.
Ten honest minutes. A walk with no agenda. Showing up fully for the people you love, lead, and raise.
Love in motion. The act of service, the small gift, the thing you do unasked because you noticed.
The chore they dread, handled. The favorite thing, picked up on the way home. Love you can see.
You cannot pour from empty. Fill your own cup first, then pour back out fuller.
The method is light enough to keep and deep enough to matter, built on principles you can live every day. A teaching to see it, an action to do it, and a rhythm that lasts. Five minutes a day, on purpose.
One short read that names what you have been carrying.
One small move from Amp Up, Link Up, or Live It Out.
A steady line to carry through the day.
Repeat it until it stops being a task and becomes who you are.
Fifteen paths, one method, one day at a time.
A course is the deep work. Where the seasonal reset is a short challenge, the course goes far into your path, the teaching, the practice, and the rhythm that makes it last. Start free, then go as deep as you want.

Donate or sponsor gamesI gave everyone the last of me. My kids, my work, my ministry, my community. Most days ended with nothing left, so I learned to mask it. Smile, show up, and let no one see the tank on empty.
I am a single father. Two children who need me present and engaged, every single day. So I did what a lot of us do. I put myself last, over and over, and called it love. The hard truth caught up with me.
You cannot pour from empty.
I was living proof. Running on fumes, wondering why the connection I wanted kept slipping through my hands.
Then God started dealing with me, quietly at first. He showed me something that flipped everything. I had carried it backwards for years. I thought refilling was selfish.
He was not asking me to give more. He was trying to pour more into me.
He showed me it was the only way I would have anything real left to give.
I felt it sharpest at work. I would refill myself and forget the people standing right next to me. I would chase the win and forget to serve. It happens in our communities too. We get so wrapped up in our own race that we stop pouring into the people running beside us. Refilling starts with you, so everyone after you gets the full version, not the leftovers.
Here is the part that surprised me most. I did not know how to affirm myself. I could speak life over my kids all day and never say one kind word to the man in the mirror. Refill You was born in that season. Learning to pour back into myself. Learning that focusing on me was how I become the father, the friend, and the leader the people around me actually need.
So I built a rhythm I could keep on my hardest day. Be all in. Amp Up, Link Up, Live It Out. Affirm someone, starting with yourself. Show up with your time and your presence. Follow through with what you do, not just what you say. Made daily, on purpose.
If you are reading this on empty, smiling through it the way I used to, hear me. You are not behind. You are not broken. You are not alone. You are simply due for a refill. That is all this is. A way back to full, a little at a time, so you can pour back out into the people you love, lead, and raise.
This is your refill. Let us begin.
A short conversation about your story. My Testimony is where real people open up about healing, faith, fatherhood, and the long road to becoming. Come listen, or come tell yours.
More than an award, it reflects an ongoing partnership. Churmell brings his lived experience as a single father into Casey Family Programs’ birth-parent engagement work, helping a national child-welfare system see fathers as essential, not optional. Through A Father’s Voice Matters, he finds the resources and partnerships that fathers who feel unsupported need most, and lends his voice to the parents who cannot yet use their own.
“We work with a lot of single fathers who feel like there is no support for them. So what we do is find those resources and partnerships in our community to help them.”
